Problem

Managing the booking and payment process for thousands of students who pay for their trip over 6-12 months posed a reconciliation nightmare.  As the company expanded its sales channels the pressure on the back office became overwhelming.   Antipodeans migrated their systems to a comprehensive online experience from start finish for the students and needed a direct debit facility that provides flexibility and transparency to help the students manage their payments in the lead up to their trip.

Solution

Integrating directly into their CRM system Antipodeans was able to offer Spit’s next-generation direct debit capabilities directly from their online booking form.  Students and Antipodeans were able to easily see and amend their payment requirements all while providing 100% reconciliation.  Ultimately Antipodeans was able to substantially reduce their back office focus on payments and concentrate on providing students with trips of a lifetime.
